Don't go yanking all your hoses loose, do one hose at a time so you can keep track of the connections. You can use a knife to cut the old ones off but usually not necessary. The trick is to break the seal by twisting them. These tools might come in handy. 
Some folks use zip ties but I never have. Instead, I put a small squirt of silicone spray inside the hose and slide it over the nipple that much further. Never had one come off so far.
